Below you will find some useful information about the villa and the island.
Housekeeping service is provided at no additional cost every 2 days after check-In. Change of towels / sheets / amenities is provided once every 4 days unless there is a prior notice.
Deep daily cleaning can be offered with an extra fee per day, upon request and depending on the availability.
If housekeepers cannot enter the property or any rooms due to locked doors or by the request of the Guest, then Housekeeping service will be postponed according to the next schedule.
The property must be given back in a normal condition. If the property is left excessively dirty a penalty of 200€ will be charged.

Please note that official check-in time is from 3 p.m. Check-out time is the latest till 10 a.m.
Guests are not allowed to leave the property without prior official check-out with the presence of a property representative.
If Guests leaves without making a checkout process, a fee might be applied.
Early check-in* and late check-out** can be arranged in advance with prior notice at least 24 hours before, subject to availability.

** Late check-out until 16.00 hrs is charged with a 50% discount on the daily rates upon request and availability.

Damage policy
Guest will be responsible for any damage caused to the property interior-outdoor areas and/or to any furnishings/linens/equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, his/her invitees. The Company reserves the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning), or/and for any items missing, or/and in case of any charges not cleared at the time of checkout. Since the damage isn’t reported on the spot and revealed after the Guest has departed, the Company reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit or debit card, proportional damage fees. Any remarks concerning the property condition should be reported to the Company from the Guest within 24 hours after Check-In by writing.
Hazardous actions
Guests are expected to use common sense and caution not to jeopardize the integrity of the buildings and structures or expose them to fire, explosives, flammable or pressurized liquids (e.g. scuba tanks, oxygen bottles, liquefied gas bottles, etc). In case of such damage, guests will be held legally liable for such damages and charges shall be pressed through the Greek Judicial System.
The Company reserves the right to end immediately the leasing agreement and choose to reimburse or not, in the case where property management has evidence or receives complaints about the impeachment of Greek Law.
Mechanical Failures policy
The Company attempts to properly maintain the property. While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the property is in good working order, the Company cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audiovisual equipment, internet access, cable service, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to the Company immediately. The Company will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guests will allow the Company or a person permitted by the Company access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. The Company is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to the failure of such items. The Company cannot be held responsible for any out-source provider failures.
Key policy
If Guest locks himself/herself out of the property or loses a key or remote control, a fee of 50€ may be charged per item.
Safety policy
The Company will not be liable for any loss or injuries resulting from the use of the property, pool, or in any part of the property unless such loss or injury is the result of the Company’s gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guest and his/her attendees must follow the rules and notices of safety matters, use common sense and parents must supervise their children at all times. Children under the age of 12 yrs must be accompanied by an adult at the pool and stairwells. Please do not allow your children to wander around unsupervised. Children that are not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper while in the pool.
Guest is requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times during their stay and respect the property. The Company reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the property if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached and the Company has provided with a reasonable opportunity to cure the breach and Guest has failed to cure the breach. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund Guest for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense. Guest understands that The Company is not responsible for any personal injury caused by slipping on wet pavement or surfaces and that Guest is responsible for exercising care when surfaces are wet or slippery due to weather or use of hoses to wash down areas. The Company cannot be held liable for any acts of nature or occurrences beyond our control. No rate adjustment will be made. Guests shall look after their own security while in the property by locking doors, windows, gate doors, etc.
Guest shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc. shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents and deposits.
The Company cherishes our Guests’ safety and will do what is logical and humanly possible to safeguard it. In no case will the Company be responsible though for accidents or Acts of God that may result in sickness, injury or death of one or more of them during their rental.
The Company assumes no responsibility for accidents, injury, death or loss, including consequential damages from the rental and use of its properties.
Medical care
We strongly advise you to have a medical plan that will cover any medical expenses in Greece. In case of sickness or injury, we will do our best to have the patient reach professional medical assistance, the soonest possible. If you or a member of your family has any serious chronic condition, including severe allergies, you are obliged to inform us in advance. Bring ample supplies of the medications you normally need or take, it may be difficult to find on location. If you are allergic to bees or wasps common in Greece during the summer, please inform us and bring antidotes.
Event/Party policy
The Company reserves the right to refuse an event or parties within the property. Guests shall have a respectable behavior and shall not disturb other owners or renters in surrounding properties. Guest must inform by given notice if wish to have an event into the premises. If Guest breaches the rules, the Company will terminate this agreement with no refund of rents and deposits.
Beach (not organized): Ideal for those who like a cool morning swim, just a few steps from the villas!

NV Beach Bar (1′ by car): Beach bar. Organized beach.
Pharmacies in Lefkada are open from 8.00 a.m. to 14.00 a.m. and from 18.00 p.m. to 20.30 p.m. If you are in an emergency situation and you need medicine during the night, a weekend or a holiday, you can find out which pharmacy is open by checking the ”on duty” schedule which is posted on every pharmacy’s door.

Καλημέρα/ Kalimera. It means good morning.
Καλό μεσημέρι/ Kalo mesimeri means good noon and technically, you’re supposed to use it from 12.00 until 15.00.
Καλησπέρα/ Kalispera. This word means good evening. You are supposed to use it from 15.00 or 16.00 until the night.
Καληνύχτα/ Kali nychta means “good night”.
Γειά σου/ Ya sou (in the singular) is actually an informal way of saying ”hello”. The formal and polite greeting is Ya sas and you have to use ya sas with strangers, older people, etc.
Τα λέμε/ Ta leme is a very popular expression and it is the informal way of saying ”see you” .
Ναι/ Nai is ”Yes”
Όχι/ Ochi means ”No”
Eυχαριστώ/ Efcharisto is ”Thank you”
Παρακαλώ/ Parakalo is ”You are welcome”
Δεν ξέρω/ Den ksero is ”I don’t know”
